We recommend starting with an Apprentice saber. They're combat-ready, affordable, and perfect for learning the basics. Once you've developed your skills and know what features matter most to you, you can upgrade to a Master or Character saber.

If visual effects are important to you (for cosplay or filming), choose a Xenopixel option. For pure duelling, a Baselit saber is more durable.

Baselit (Xeno-RGB): The LED is in the hilt, illuminating a hollow blade. This makes them extremely durable for heavy duelling. Includes 16 soundfonts (expandable to 34+ with the Baselit Booster).

Xenopixel: The blade contains a strip of LEDs, creating stunning visual effects like scrolling ignition, rainbow modes, and blade flickering. Includes 34+ soundfonts and app connectivity. Best for cosplay, photography, and light-to-medium duelling.

Both have smooth swing, motion control, and full RGB colour spectrum.

We recommend based on your height:

• Under 5'4" (163cm): 62cm blade
• 5'4" - 5'8" (163-173cm): 72cm blade
• 5'8" - 6' (173-183cm): 82cm blade
• Over 6' (183cm): 92cm blade

When in doubt, the 82cm blade works for most adults and provides a good balance of reach and control.

Our sabers are high-quality replicas and original designs for collectors, cosplayers, and duelling enthusiasts.

Yes! All our sabers are built for duelling, but the intensity depends on blade type:

• Baselit blades: Heavy duelling – the hollow blade is extremely impact resistant
• Pixel blades: Light to medium duelling – LEDs inside require more care

Important: We strongly recommend proper safety equipment (head, hand, chest, arm, and leg protection) during duelling. These sabers can cause serious injury if not handled properly.

Yes! All our sabers feature a full RGB colour spectrum. You can cycle through virtually any colour including classic blue, green, red, purple, orange, cyan, yellow, and everything in between.

Xenopixel sabers also allow you to save custom colour presets and access special effects like rainbow blade and candy blade modes.

Yes! Both Xenopixel and Xeno-RGB (Baselit) sabers feature advanced smooth swing technology. The saber sounds respond naturally to your movements – swing faster for more aggressive sounds, move slowly for gentle hums.

Yes! Xenopixel sabers include a MicroSD card that you can load with custom soundfonts. Simply download your favourite fonts, copy them to the SD card following our guide, and they'll appear on your saber.

We provide instructions and can share download links for replacement files if needed.

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country. Parsec Sabers does not cover these costs.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will incur a reshipping charge.

Parsec Sabers is an official signed vendor of Nexus Sabers. To ensure the fastest delivery times, some orders ship directly from the manufacturing facility in China.

Rest assured – every saber undergoes quality control regardless of shipping origin, and you receive the same high-quality product with full warranty support.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also use our Track Order page.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment. If you haven't received tracking within 5 working days, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for package security at the delivery location. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages once they've been marked as delivered by the carrier.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only use 5V 1A (or less) chargers!

DO NOT use:

• USB hubs
• Laptop USB ports
• PlayStation or Xbox USB ports

These can output higher voltage and will damage your saber's electronics.

Safe charging options:

• Standard USB wall adapter (5V 1A or less)
• Computer USB 2.0 port (not USB 3.0)
• Dedicated saber charger

Charge fully before first use. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.

Essential care tips:

• Keep away from water – electronics are not waterproof
• Remove battery when not in use or charge/use regularly to maintain battery health
• Store in a dry, cool place – avoid direct sunlight and humidity
• Tighten blade retention screws equally – don't over-tighten
• Don't overcharge – unplug once fully charged
• Handle pixel blades with care – they contain LEDs

Basic Controls:

• Activate saber: Hold button 2 seconds
• Ignite blade: Click button once
• Change soundfont: Point down and twist hilt
• Change colour: While on, hold button + twist

While blade is off:

• Adjust volume: Hold 0.5 sec (1 flash)
• Change light effect: Hold 1 sec (2 flashes)
• Change blade mode: Hold 1.5 sec (3 flashes)

While blade is on:

• Blaster deflect: Click button
• Lock up: Hold button + clash
• Stab: Thrust forward
• Melt: Hold button + stab

Most issues are caused by low battery! Charge your saber fully before troubleshooting further.

Still having issues? Try a hard reset:

1. Remove the battery
2. Wait 2 minutes
3. Reinsert the battery in the same position
4. Try again

For pixel sabers: Ensure the blade is fully inserted and making a complete connection. A loose blade will cause lighting issues.

If problems persist, contact us with a video showing the issue and we'll help resolve it quickly.

This usually means your saber is in RGB Baselit mode instead of Pixel mode.

To fix:

1. Open the Xeno Configurator app, or
2. Hold the button to power off, then continue holding until you hear "RGB to Pixel Mode"

The full blade should now illuminate.

The hardcase has a combination lock set to "0 0 0" by default.

To open:

1. Ensure the number wheels are all set to "0"
2. Slide the button to the right
3. The lock should release

You can change the combination after opening – instructions are included with the case.

All Parsec Sabers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronics and hilt construction.

What's covered:

• Faulty soundboard or electronics
• Defective switches or buttons
• Wiring issues
• Manufacturing defects in the hilt

What's NOT covered:

• Damage from incorrect charging (over 5V 1A)
• Water damage
• Physical damage from drops or heavy duelling
• SD cards (user-replaceable)
• Normal wear and tear

No. SD cards are not covered under warranty as they can be damaged by static, mishandling, drops, or scratches – things we cannot verify or control.

If your SD card fails:

1. Purchase a replacement (we recommend SanDisk 16GB Ultra)
2. Contact us with your order number
3. We'll provide download links for all soundfont files

Yes. Using a charger over 5V 1A is considered user neglect and will void your warranty.

Damage from fast chargers, USB hubs, laptops, or gaming consoles is not covered. Always use a standard 5V 1A (or less) charger.

All our electronics are pre-tested before shipping, so charging damage occurs after delivery and is the customer's responsibility to prevent.

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

The Xeno Configurator app is available on both major platforms:

The app allows you to customise colours, effects, and settings on your Xeno3 saber via Bluetooth.

Try these steps:

1. Make sure your saber is fully charged
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device
3. Expose the board – remove any obstructions like thick hilt sections
4. Attach the blade – it acts as an antenna for pixel sabers
5. Try with the saber turned on and charging
6. Remove and reinsert the battery after 30 seconds
7. Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and try again
8. Try a different mobile device (iPads may have weaker connections)

Updating the firmware through the app can improve connection stability.

The Xeno Configurator app is still in early open beta, which means some features are still being developed and refined.

New features and improvements are being added regularly through app updates. Make sure you have the latest version installed from your app store.
