Everything you need to know about booking us for your event.
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead for smaller events like birthday parties, and 6-8 weeks for weddings or large corporate events. Popular dates (summer weekends, school holidays) book up quickly, so the earlier the better!
We're based in the UK and cover all of England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland bookings are possible with additional travel arrangements. International enquiries are welcome — just ask!
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance for all events. We can provide certificates on request for venue requirements.
Our sabers are built for action, but accidents happen. We bring backup equipment to every event at no extra charge. Any damage during normal use is covered by us.
Not with our standard packages, but we offer a brilliant add-on where every guest takes home their own saber! It's our most popular upgrade for birthday parties. Ask us for pricing.
Robes and character costumes are available with our Ultimate package or as an add-on. Let us know your theme and we'll make it happen.
Absolutely! Our sabers are designed for safe dueling with no sharp edges. We provide age-appropriate activities and our hosts are trained to manage groups of all ages. Minimum age is typically 5 years old.
For small groups (up to 8 sabers), a large living room or garden works great. Larger events need a hall or outdoor space. We'll discuss requirements when you enquire.
Yes! We work with schools for end-of-term treats, fundraisers, and special events. We have enhanced DBS checks and can provide risk assessments.
