Shipping Policy
Sabers
We offer safe and worldwide shipping with DHL/FedEx. All of our orders are checked before shipment to ensure you receive the product you ordered in great condition.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a full residential address. If an invalid address is provided, the order will not begin processing unless a new address is provided.
Apparel
We offer safe and worldwide shipping with ParcelForce. All of our orders are checked before shipment to ensure you receive the product you ordered in great condition.
🚨 Shipping Update (US Customers) — April 11, 2025
Due to recent changes in international trade policies, US customers may be subject to additional import duties/tariffs upon delivery. Rest assured, we still offer free shipping on all XENO3 sabers purchased to help offset these costs and maintain our commitment to providing the best value sabers.
Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty for all our electronic parts. This only applies if it is clear that the electronics have not been tampered with.
Delivery Times
After processing your order and receiving a tracking number, your order will arrive according to the timescales below.
Processing time is approximately 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Weathered sabers may have a longer processing time due to the saber needing to be weathered.

Non-Working Days
At Parsec Sabers, we strive to provide efficient and timely shipping services. However, please be aware that our team and processing will not be available on the following non-working days, which include weekends, UK bank holidays and other significant holidays:
- Christmas Break — December 10 – January 2
- Chinese New Year — February 2 – 16
- Easter Monday — date varies each year
- Christmas Day — December 25
- Boxing Day — December 26
This list may be updated. Additionally, our team will not be available on any other UK bank holidays observed throughout the year. Orders placed on these non-working days will be processed on the next available working day.
