Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Returns accepted for 14 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
To be eligible for a return request to be accepted, your item must meet the conditions listed below and be in the same condition that you received it, as new, unused, unworn, in its original packaging. You'll also need the order number, invoice, and proof of your purchase.

Wrong or Faulty Items
If you have received the wrong or faulty item, you can contact us at contact@parsecsabers.com.
Following this, we will ask you to provide us with a video explaining and showing the issue. This video is required for any request.
We will then check and provide solutions as well as forwarding the issue to our after-service team. If there is no solution, we will accept your return and reissue your item.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not receive a reissue of items.
Return Criteria
Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot accept returns if the electronics have been altered or tampered from their original state, which includes using firmware not supported by Parsec Sabers. If an item is returned and it is deemed to have been tampered with, it will not be approved.
Warranty
Each saber purchase has a 1-year warranty for parts and malfunction not user-related or user-inflicted.
Please note that boards and specific sound boards aren't covered due to the user's ability to possibly damage the item. The buyer should submit a video with clear indication of what the issue may be. If we at Parsec Sabers find it to be defective, we will replace the item after evaluation of the product is confirmed. We call this After Service.
Damage due to user error is not covered. You may be asked to send the product hilt or inner core at the expense of the customer. We recommend using proper shipping for either repair or replacement. Please be patient as this is processed.
The order number should also be provided to us. Any customs or import fees for both shipping the original order and reissued items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on items; however, we will (after following the above process) exchange your item so it is exactly as it should be.
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, or you have been charged for something you shouldn't have (such as shipping fees when eligible for free shipping), you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. If your item has already been shipped, as above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period)
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
